Women of Wichita County, Texas

On December 10th, we went to Wichita Falls. On December 11th, we returned to Blanco. Why do such a long road trip? For those of you who know, my side hustle is volunteering. On December 11th, the Museum of North Texas History sponsored a book signing for Women of Wichita County, Texas, my second book to co-edit with Elizabeth Hawley. With events like this, you never know how many will attend or how many books to have available. The event started at 3:30 pm. By 4:30 pm, all the books were gone. I was overwhelmed, shocked, and so grateful. By the time we got back to Blanco on Saturday, we were both bone tired.
