Travel Days - June 30 and July 1st

rvtramm75

While traveling, we don't usually have an overnight on the road. Because of an over 300 mile distance, we decided to spend a single night at Cedar Springs, Michigan. Clearly an older park, RVs were shoehorned in everywhere. We were able to get into our spot, between two trees, thanks to the camper across from us moving their pickup.

The next morning was even worse. Pickups, RVs, and tents everywhere. As we were dreading how to get out of our spot with everything on the RV intact, the kindly people across the way from us helped. They were extra eyes and went so far as to move their picnic table and fire ring so we could pull the RV through part of their campsite.

Sometimes it does take a village.
