Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge - February 2

With the weather scheduled to turn cold, we went to Laguna Atascosa to walk some of the trails. The colors in the Laguna are not the same on an overcast sky.

We did see a few water birds.

This was an interesting-looking little bird. I think it is some form of a vireo.

The osprey wouldn't pose. However, it was the middle of lunch. You can see the fish fin.
