One of our Goose Island plans was to get fresh seafood to cookout. However, the north wind closed that door. Our compromise was to find a fresh market, get shrimp, and have a shrimp/pasta supper.
Alby’s Seafood in Rockport was the easiest one to find. Guessing from the mountains of shells, they have sold a few oysters over the years.
By the way, the fresh shrimp were sautéed, mixed in a spicy cream sauce, and tossed with pasta. Yum.
We did see a tri-color heron. Quite a different look from the regular blues.
