Downtown Harlingen has a monthly market on Jackson Street. I was truly intrigued by the decorated cow skulls. How long did it take to place all those gems???
There was a historical marker. I always seem to find them.
Later that day, happy hour occurred with Arkansas friends, Ron and Nancy.
